A Liberal Democrat councillor has been holding sex parties hosted by dominatrix “Mistress Sarah” in his suburban home.
Cllr David Fuller’s adult parties have led to backlash from the community, including the local vicar who is "outraged" that attendees were encouraged to use the church car park.
Guests at the “MissUse” parties at the three-bedroom detached property in Fareham, Hampshire, were charged a £15 entry fee as a “contribution” to soft drinks and buffet.
A small sign in the window directing visitors to use the side entrance is the only thing which betrays what goes on behind closed doors.

According to reports scantily clad women of all ages wearing revealing outfits are joined by men mainly dressed in leather at the home on a monthly basis.
The doors open at 9pm for the 12- hour event where - under the instruction of “Mistress Sarah” - whipping, beating and sexual games featuring ropes, chains and even electrical equipment are common place.
The "sex club", which is believed to have been operating for a year, is within walking distance of primary schools, a college, churches, a train station and a care home.
Fareham Borough Council has now launched an investigation into the allegations against Mr Fuller, a Liberal Democrat councillor at Portsmouth City Council.
They are investigating the parties to establish whether they have breached licensing or planning regulations.
Interested people, who enjoy an "alternative lifestyle", were sent invitations via a social networking sites, according to an investigation by the Southern Daily Echo.
Cllr Fuller, who is the deputy chairman of Portsmouth City Council's licensing committee, told the Daily Echo: "I don't do anything illegal.”
He later added: “I am not talking at the moment, no comment."
On his page on the Portsmouth council's website, Cllr Fuller, who represents the Fratton area, states that he is a freemason and works as the manager of care home.
Cllr Sean Woodward, the Conservative leader of Fareham Borough Council, said that he would ask his planning and licensing officers to investigate the property.
But he admitted that the authority had not received any complaints about the parties.
He said: “If it exists it needs to be properly licensed and it could have its licence refused if it is in breach of planning or licensing controls. As a member of a licensing authority, (Cllr Fuller) should be well aware of the rules."
The personal invitations to the parties encourage visitors to use the car parking facilities at Fareham College and St Philip Howard Church, in nearby Bishopsfield Road, to avoid blocking the road and drawing suspicion.
Father John Humphrey, from St Philip Howard Church, said that people could make their own moral decisions, adding: “But from our point of view it’s not right that these people are being told to use our car park. It’s an outrage.”
Cllr Fuller also chairs the Fratton Community Association and runs the East Cosham House care home for the elderly -- Oh ffs chuck me a sick bag will you - have you seen the fcking state of him!!! ...
