Those wishing to preach offensive and anti-English rhetoric could have their taxpayer-funded lifestyle stripped under a ground-breaking new scheme, reports have said.
Work and Pensions Secretary Iain Duncan Smith is apparently plotting to stop extremists like Choudary – who claims £26,000 a year – being able to claim benefits in Britain.
IDS reportedly met Home Secretary Theresa May yesterday to discuss plans.

“Iain and Theresa have been bothered about the likes of Choudary spewing his bile while taking whatever he wants from the state for some while," a source reporters.
The source added the brutal murder of Drummer Rigby had spurred the pair into trying "to sort out this mess.”
Choudary yesterday claimed the tragic soldier will “burn in hellfire” as a non-Muslim, while praising a suspect in the Woolwich killing for being a martyr.
The extremist cleric, who was the former head of the banned extremist organisation Al-Muhajiroun, sparked outrage after refusing to condemn Drummer Lee Rigby’s alleged killers.

Choudary was reportedly filmed making the sickening comments while he talked to his followers at his office near Walthamstow mosque last Friday.
In the poisonous speech, the hate preacher said the murdered father-of-one deserves no sympathy because he is a "non-Muslim."
The preacher shockingly then went on to praise Michael Adebolajo, 28, who along with Michael Adebowale, 22, is accused of Drummer Rigby’s murder.

He said :“As far as they are concerned I believe that they were doing what they believed to be Islamically correct.
“Only Allah can judge them in the hereafter for what they did in their life. In their eyes they are martyrs and what I say is Allah may accept them into paradise.
“I believe all Muslims will eventually go to paradise.”
Referring to him by his Islamic name Mujahid, he said: “I knew him for a number of years. Mujahid was a very nice man in fact.
Don't make me laugh IDS, you haven't got the balls to stop 'it's' benefits and if by a very slim chance you find some the sparks coming off 'it's' arse while running to the 'human rights wallahs' would soon put paid to it! - Give us some credit for not being taken in by this because you IDS are a hardened liar and we know it!! - Fx
